Fees
The fee for the initial assessment is $135. This includes comprehensive systems evaluation, patient history, nutritional/herbal evaluation, report of findings, and treatment plan recommendations.
Follow-up visits are $85. Depending on your particular health care needs, these visits may include a combination of acupuncture, herbal/diet therapy, laser acupuncture (no needles), and breathing/physical exercises. The cost of supplements and herbal remedies is not included in the follow-up visit fee.
Nutritional/Herbal consultations as well as office check-ups are $55. These visits are diagnostic in nature and no treatment will be done during the scheduled time. As with normal follow-up visits for acupuncture, the cost of supplements and herbal remedies is not included in the office visit fee.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Policies
Insurance
We do not participate in any forms of health care insurance, HMO, PPO, Workman's Comp, No-Fault, etc. However, if your insurance plan does cover acupuncture (which some do), we will be happy to provide you with an itemized superbill receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider. If your plan covers acupuncture, your provider will reimburse you directly. It is up to you to know the extent of your insurance coverage as it pertains to acupuncture.
Cancellations
We kindly request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, or we reserve the right to charge for your missed visit.
People participating in the health improvement program at Natural Integrated Medicine are free to discontinue care at any time. Thank you.
